Our large Fitness Centre spreads across two floors of the Club building and is complete with state-of-the-art equipment. Fitness lovers will find everything they need; an entire floor is dedicated to strength training, stretching as well as a separate workout and yoga studio, while the other floor is dedicated to aerobic fitness. Trained gym instructors are on hand to guide you through a range of activities that include aerobics, yoga, cardio, stretches, resistance training and rock wall climbing.
