Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 3 days before the date of use: No cancellation fee
Cancellation 2 days ~ 1 day before the date of use: 50% of the rental fee will be charged as a penalty
Cancellation on the date of use: 100% of the rental fee will be charged as a penalty
*In case of 10mm of rain on the day (as of the weather forecast at 9 am), 100% cancellation is available. -
Information
- The Oasis Outdoor Swimming Pool is operated with a heated pool. (excluding Hot Summer Season)
- The Oasis Outdoor Swimming Pool may not be available due to weather conditions.
- Admission fees and food & beverages are prepaid.
- Bringing food and/or beverages are strictly prohibited.
- For safety reasons, drones, whistles and external speakers are not permitted.
- Commercial shooting and merchandise sales are not permitted at the Oasis Pool and Cabanas.
- Bringing strollers (prams) is not acceptable for safety reasons.
- Wearing a rash guard is mandatory if having tattoos over 15cmx15cm.
- Sunbeds and locker fitting room lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be difficult to use depending on the situation.
* In order to prevent the locker key from being lost, a deposit of KRW 80,000 will be paid on site and will be refunded when the locker key is returned.
- For safety reasons, valet service is only available at the entrance to the club building. (paid service)
