Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 3 days before the date of use: No cancellation fee
Cancellation 2 days ~ 1 day before the date of use: 50% of the rental fee will be charged as a penalty
Cancellation on the date of use: 100% of the rental fee will be charged as a penalty
*In case of 10mm of rain on the day (as of the weather forecast at 9 am), 100% cancellation is available. -
Information
- Food and beverage set is included when using Cabana.

- The operation of heated pools is subject to change due to the temperature and weather.
- Cabana operating schedule is subject to in case of special events or weather conditions. Please check ahead before you visit.
- Advanced payment is required for the admission fees and food & beverage.
- Visitors who are suspected of having mild fever (over 37 degrees), infectious diseases, or allergic diseases may be restricted to use the facility.
- Bringing food and beverage is prohibited. There is a verification procedure before entering.
※ Food and beverages from outside cannot be stored.
- Bringing drones, whistles and speakers are prohibited.
- Bringing decoration articles such as balloons and garlands are prohibited.
- Commercial shooting and merchandise sales are not permitted at the Oasis Pool and Cabanas.
- Taking photos, videos, recordings of others without consent is strictly prohibited, and is subject to legal action.
- Bringing strollers (prams) is not acceptable for safety reasons.
- Wearing a rash guard is mandatory if having tattoos over 15cmx15cm.
- All areas of Oasis are smoke-free.
