    Information     - It is non-cancellable, non-refundable and no changes are allowed.
    - The Oasis access is available once during the stay.
    - Price is based on double occupancy per room, the tax is excluded.
    - Prices vary depending on the room situation.
    - Surcharge will be applied for additional guests.
    - Benefits included in the package are offered once during your stay.
    - The fitness and sauna are closed on the first Tuesday of every month.
  • The Oasis
    Information     - The temperature of the pools are subject to change due to the weather.
    - For safety issues, admission may be restricted if the number of people exceeds the regulation.
    - Child rates apply from the age of 36 months to 12 years, and infants under 36 months can enter for free with proof documents.
    - Kids pool closes at 7pm.
    - Guests who have medical condition which may affect safety and comfort of other guests are restricted from facilities.
    (Eye disease, skin disease, and other contagious diseases)
    - Food and beverage purchased outside, drones, whistles and portable speakers are prohibited.
    ※ Food and beverage purchased outside cannot be stored.
    ※ When caught in possession of alcoholic beverages, a penalty of KRW 150,000 per bottle will be imposed.
    - Guests must cover up tattoos over 15cmX15cm with a tattoo patch or rash guard.
    - For safety issues, strollers and pets are prohibited in all areas of the Oasis.
    - All swimming aids and toys including arm tubes and life jackets are not allowed in the main pool.
    - In order to prevent the locker key from being lost, a deposit of KRW 80,000 will be paid on site.
    - Taking photos, videos, recordings of others without consent is strictly prohibited, and is subject to legal action.
    - All areas of the Oasis including the cabana zone are smoke-free.
